With a robust background in L&D and a deep understanding of program management, I have consistently delivered exceptional results and driven growth for my clients. My experience spans various industries, equipping me with a versatile skill set and a strategic approach to business development.

My professional career began in the engine rooms of DDG-87 Winston S. Churchill while serving in the U.S. Navy as a mechanical engineer. Following the military, I proudly accepted a position as Director of Training for the IBEW in Norfolk, VA. This position required business development, training management, workforce planning, capital management, and process improvement.

Following my time as Director of Training, I worked as a Global Learning Specialist in CRE. In that role, I collaborated closely with the business to design and implement learning solutions that directly addressed and reduced knowledge gaps within the organization.

Currently, as an Instructional Designer at a communications company, I have had the opportunity to create impactful training programs. I also played a key role in helping the department achieve its annual goal of enhancing data analytics processes.
